Ijust replaced the timing belt and balancer belt on a 1995 honda accord ex with the 2.2 vtec motor, It idles a little higher when its cold which I believe is normal but after it starts to warm up the idle goes UP and DOWN from about 1200 rpms to 1900 rpms perfectly steady. people have mentioned vaccuum leaks but I didnt have to disconnect
