When I cast a video to my Chromecast with Google tv, it plays for 2 seconds, then buffers for a couple minutes, then plays for 3 seconds, then buffers again. This repeats over and over. I'm using Android premium version 5.9.1. To make it interesting, this only happens when the Chromecast is connected directly to the router WiFi.
