If your disc has the 4J Studios logo on it and says 'Xbox One Edition', try uninstalling all versions of Minecraft on your console. If you put the disc in and it doesn't download the Xbox One Edition then you probably own a Bedrock disc. Using a 360 disc on a 360 console should work just fine. I don't even think 360 supports bedrock anyway.
